Management Resources is seeking a Controller in the Service industry, based in Arlington. As the Controller you will be managing financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and facilitating interdepartmental communications and processes.ResponsibilitiesMonthly, Quarterly, and Year-End financial reporting as detailed.Month End Close, PL and GL reconciliations, journal entries and variance analysis Oversight of treasury functions, including daily bank transaction approvals and weekly payablesEnsure ACA compliance, manage commercial and workers comp insurance renewals, claims and yearly audit.Handle legal notices and compliance documents with discernment on escalation needs.Oversee payroll processing, commercial card management, and use of financial management tools like Sage100 and Paylocity.Regular collaboration with IT to review and push forward projects, ensuring alignment with department needs.To be considered for this opportunity, please apply directly to this posting.
